The vast majority of OCF Elder Events are coordinated by the Events SubCommittee of the ELDERS COMMITTEE

You DO NOT have to have Elder Status to attend an elder event.

The most recent Elder Event was the Retreat held at Alice's Wonderland at the Fair Site on the weekend of April 10, 2010. Minutes of that meeting are posted on the Reference Page

Some of the events listed may be OCF Events and not necessarily Elder Events. When this is the case, it is so noted.

FUTURE EVENTS 2010 scheduled are:

Elder CAMP Work parties on: April 17, 2010, May 15, 2010, and June 19, 2010. All work parties are from 10 AM to 2 PM.

April 24 and 25, 2010, Next Elders Retreat 10 AM>> Elders may come Friday night and sleep-over. This is a pot-luck event.

April 25th, 2 PM - 5 PM (Alice's) Council of Elders Meeting.
May 1st, SPRING FLING, WOW Hall, 7:30 PM
June 20th, Sunday, Deadline for all Elder Pass Applications and Money
June 26th, Saturday, Old Timers Picnic, History Booth Area 6 PM - 9 PM
July 8th, Thursday, Meet and Greet (Tropical Theme) Alice's Firepit 8PM - 10 PM
July 11th, Sunday, Welcome New Elders Ceremony, Still Living Room 8:30 PM

The ELDERS COMMITTEE MEETINGS are usually scheduled the 4th Thursday, monthly at the OCF Fair office, they are public and you are welcome.
